1. REINFORCED SECURITY
- Security personnel is on high alert
- Video Surveillance System consisting of 106 cameras throughout the property and surrounding areas
- In the case of emergency, the employees of the State Security Service (Police) arrive to the hotel within 3-5 minutes.
2. SECURITY MEASURES
- Hotel staff has been trained on how to act during emergencies, selected employees has been trained as first aid responders
- Evacuation plan is available in all areas, including guest rooms
- Emergency Public Announcement System is in place
- Response time of the police, firefighters or ambulance to a call is 5-7 minutes
- Smoke sensors are available in all areas, including guest rooms.
3. SHELTER
- Hotel building basement has been converted into a bomb shelter available to everyone during air raids
- The shelter is equipped with chairs, beds (on request) sufficient provision of water, lavatory and shower
- The shelter is equipped with ventilation system
- Upon check-in, all guests are given the information about shelter location and instructions how to act during air raid alerts
- Official civil shelters are located within 400 meters walk from the hotel.
